Send my bag is terrific. However their use of DHL and FedEx for pickups makes them very user-unfriendly. What reputable company gives an EIGHT-HOUR WINDOW for a pickup or delivery for that matter! It's absurd in this wired world and industry.

All worked out well sending our boxes, although I would have been made aware of extent of 'paperwork' earlier in process. Costs seemed reasonable. When I called call centre for information I was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Smooth process, sharp in delivering, fair price. Despite some limitations about the items you can include in the luggage, I'll surely look for the service in the future, if I need to send extra pieces in my wondering around the planet! : )

Molto semplice la procedura online. Purtroppo il pacco è stato prelevato con un giorno di ritardo, ma la consegna è stata puntuale. Preferirei che fosse attiva la possibilità di selezionare un punto di deposito e un punto di ritiro, così da non dovere attendere per ore il corriere.

I was happy with the service provided. My bag arrived where it was supposed to when promised. The pick up and drop off went well and the customer support throughout filling the forms was excellent. I was annoyed however when a week after receiving my bag I received a bill for having exceeded dimensions. I was instructed to take pictures of the original package, which having been a sacrificial cardboard box I no longer had. I was also travelling so the dispute timeline did not work with my Internet access. As a result I had to pay the extra. Not the most transparent process. The time delay between delivery and receiving the bill is unfair for disputes. Make sure you take photos of your package with a measuring tape completely visible before and after sending your item.

Had a follow up issue receiving invoices from FedEx whom I never engaged with ! They hounded me for £15 plus change despite your support team saying to ignore these I then received a note from you saying this was due ? Do I paid it then FedEx apologised avc wait it should have been yourselves , but by this time I had already paid the invoice ! Still very confused

Send My Bag was an excellent alternative to dragging a large, heavy suitcase through the airport with a tight connection. Pick- up and drop-off were both delayed 24 hours hence the four stars.

For me, given my proclivity for luggage related stresses, disasters, complications, unanticipated & substancial expenses and, most importantly, the shameful inconveniences caused to others by my habitual inability to 'pack light' (despite genuine, heartfelt & sincere attempts) make the benefits of the service outweigh the cost. The reason I deducted a star is not due to cost, but 'Send My Bag's' labeling requirements and procedures. My travels are impromtu, to places & accomodation that lack accesibility to printers, not to mention the specific requirements of SMB for luggage tag holders. The 'Tag Holders,' offered free via 'postal delivery' is, quite simply, ridiculous for those traveling with no set accomodation.

My suitcase was picked up on Monday on 48 hour delivery but did not arrive until Saturday Uk delivery. On the return journey the suitcase was picked up on a Tuesday and returned to me on Friday which is what should happen. I find the service good and booking very simple.

Communication with support team was easy. The only thing I found a bit inconvenient is that pick up time frame was between 9am and 6pm so I would have been waiting for a while, I decided to drop off my bag at the nearest DHL and the rest of the process was rather easy. My bag got delivered on time, the handle was a bit wobbly when I picked it up but I must admit it was a cheap suitcase so it doesn't surprise me.

Everything fine. It would nevertheless be better if the time of collection was more precise. From 9.00 to 18.00 is too much and sometimes difficult to arrange for someone who cannot be at home the entire day
