“Overall, the service was good. This is the second time I have used SendmyBag and was confident enough to refer colleagues the service. The only problem was I requested shipping label holders and paid for the express delivery, which indicated 2-3 days deliver (which I had), but the delivery only came through on day 5.”

“Great price, item delivered quickly. Cons: pick up delivery window was "9am - 6pm" and no indication could be given, even on the day, of when someone would arrive to collect the luggage”

“Easy to follow instructions on how to pack and label my items. Prompt and friendly collection. Arrived exactly when they were predicted to do so before booking. I used strong double-walled cardboard boxes and put a large plastic sack inside to ensure nothing would escape, but the boxes still ended up with small holes in several places, so definitely heed the warnings provided about the quality of packaging required for the journey.”

“Initial quote that brought me to send my bag was very unrealistic, hence not 5 stars. Actual cost of sending golf clubs was double initial quote! That said the process from actual quote to pick up was very easy and great service.”

“Delivery process was very straight forward and professional. Only issue was online check in and costing and once bag picked up I received notification of an extra major charge. This should not happen . Felt like I was trapped into paying”

“Well the bags were delivered a day later than estimated. no big deal. They were delivered to the apartment building lobby and not to the apartment. Considering how expensive the service is i would expect deliver directly to the apartment specified.”

“I have used Send my Bag before with no issues. This time the labels sent for 2 bags had the same weight on them which was the lesser weight of the 2 bags. I didn't notice this until they were printed by a local shop. I assumed this would be ok as the info was good on the site. Also when packing our bags there was a note that knives needed to be covered. I had kitchen knives in the bag and camp knives when I received further instruction it said no knives or gels. So we now had to repack the bags. We took out all knives that were in the bags and a large First Aid kit because there were small packs of gel like substance. This now made the heaviest bag that was paid for (55 lbs) way less then the paid for weight. Once the bags were picked up during shipping I received a message that we owed more money because of weight. I believe this is a grave error on the part of the company and was very upset when I received this email. I of course paid it because I needed my bag to beship ped as I was leaving the location from where it was shipped. I am not sure why there are 2 sets of instructions for packing and am ticked off due to the fact that there was a change after we had thoughtfully packed our bags. We are traveling and now our bags we travel with are heavier then needed due to this change.”

“Send my bag is terrific. However their use of DHL and FedEx for pickups makes them very user-unfriendly. What reputable company gives an EIGHT-HOUR WINDOW for a pickup or delivery for that matter! It's absurd in this wired world and industry.”

“All worked out well sending our boxes, although I would have been made aware of extent of 'paperwork' earlier in process. Costs seemed reasonable. When I called call centre for information I was dealt with quickly and efficiently.”

“Smooth process, sharp in delivering, fair price. Despite some limitations about the items you can include in the luggage, I'll surely look for the service in the future, if I need to send extra pieces in my wondering around the planet! : )”
