While the service itself was good, the costumer service isn't. After the bag was delivered I had two (?) employees of the company asking for more money and after stating that my transfer didn't arrive and the bank account didn't even belong to them. I never understood why they did this last part, but I didn't accept to send more money (another transfer), and they ended up apologizing stating they found my initial transfer's money.

My boxes arrived completely destroyed and crushed. Nothing was handled with care as they profess on their website. Really disappointing.

My suitcase was picked up and approved for shipping. Once I received it, I got a claim for extra allowance fees despite confirmation of suitcase dimensions within SendMyBag terms & policy and subsequent approval for shipping. This is not acceptable. SendMyBag cannot approve shipping based on dimensions within the norms and then claim extra fees based on different dimensions.

I arranged to have suitcase sent to daughter in Liverpool. The tracking was excellent and suitcase was delivered however the case arrived without wheels and had sustained alot of damage. Was very disappointed with the level of service. Photographs are available as evidence taken on Tuesday 20 September 2022. My daughter has a physical disability in her left arm and the damage meant she could not transport the case from pick-up point since she wasn't able to wheel it. This left her feeling very stressed and upset.

The process was simple to use and fabulous but I was hit with a charge several days after my package arrived because the package exceeded Parcelforce's maximum dimensions. This was unexpected.

I received my suitcase with broken wheels and it was not covered by their insurance, so it’s very likely I won’t use Send my Bav again

Very expensive plus hidden charges - they couldn't even provide bag tags. Bag was utterly rummaged, I may have lost things/had things stolen. Received with broken contents. Just generally very slow!

Every box was opened and rummaged through and the box completely destroyed. Anything breakable was broken. Don't use this company!

I was hoping this would lessen my burden of travelling internationally, but unfortunately it added to it. Mostly seemed to be an issue on the German side with DHL here, but I wish that Send My Bag had been more helpful and forthcoming in helping me navigate the situation and know what to expect.

The collection and delivery of bags was on time but one of the bags was damaged beyond repair in transit and because I didn’t have a receipt for it I’m now out of pocket.
