“Send my bag, saved my bacon! I picked up my daughter & grandchildren, after they landed in the UK from abroad. I had hired a rental car & the boot was of insufficient space for their suitcases. We had 4 people in the car & a journey from South Devon to the North of Scotland, far too far to have luggage on laps. Send my bag picked up the luggage at the promised time & delivered in a couple of days to us in Scotland. Great service , great communication ( we knew exactly when things would happen). I will definitely use this company again”

“Excellent service. I had barely arrived home myself (after a long-haul flight and then a connecting train ride) when the bag was delivered to my doorstep. It was great not to have to fight with my bags throughout the various legs of travel... and to just be able to know that they would be delivered to my door.”

“Service was really good but when shipping into U.K. should mention to clients to register a TRO form with Gov.U.K. to avoid import duty on shipment. This can delay release of items being released from U.K. customs.”
