“I've had a really great experience with them sending six bags from France to the USA. I had a lot of questions and their customer service, through chat, was excellent, very responsive and knowledgeable. Make sure to list your content before closing and taping your bags though! The bags were delivered to my home in 3 separate shipments (apparently this is due to the customs) and in good shape. The first shipment was delivered only 3 days after pick up.”

“Excellent service. The procedure and requirements were well explained. I easily filled out the forms and attached them to my two suitcases. A courier arrived exactly on time and picked up my cases and off they went. It only took a couple of days and my cases were delivered 3000 miles away. So much easier than taking them on my flight. Super happy with the service provided. Good value. Will definitely use this service again.”
