“Delighted! I'm a total convert! Having been apprehensive of using such a service I am beyond delighted. I sent my 2 suitcases to my friend's house 200 miles away a week in advance of my train trip to save heaving them around. They were collected on time, secured in the back of the FedEx van and delivered on time, all intact. Today, my day of travel there is a 30c heatwave, my train journey has been changed as a result, meaning a change of trains and bus to the airport. Here I will meet my friend whose husband will deliver her plus my suitcases. To say I am relieved I am not trundling 2 heavy suitcases and a rucksack is an understatement. I was also impressed that when I had a somewhat silly question and the phone was promptly answered on a Sunday and a very helpful man assisted. I will absolutely use this service again.”
