“My daughter and I were forced to ship our luggage after a flight was canceled and quickly found Send My Bag. In comparison to other services the price was fair. They picked up the bags when they said they would and delivered them earlier than they said they would. They arrived in good shape.”

“Great service and easy to use. Collected bag at the time they said they would and the bag was back in Australia (from Ireland) with 5 days. More than happy with the service provided and would absolutely use again.”

“The courier did not turn-up to collect; yet left a message (lying) to say he called and no one was at home - waited in all day for nothing. So I had to reschedule and wait in again for collection - wasting my time.”

“Initial quote that brought me to send my bag was very unrealistic, hence not 5 stars. Actual cost of sending golf clubs was double initial quote! That said the process from actual quote to pick up was very easy and great service.”

“FedEx didn’t pickup bags. Had to drop off. FedEx NL charged €40, which was not informed at the time of booking. FedEx messed up delivery. Initially attempted to deliver extra bags not belonging to me. SendMyBag was not much helpful to resolve this issue. Delivery would have been faster if not for these issues.”

“If I needed to send my luggage again, I would use SEND MY BAG company. Everyone I talked to in the company, when I was not sure about anything , was extremely helpful and my issues got resolved. What I would love to point out is beautiful English they speak, you don’t end up talking to someone with a hard accent, which I found very helpful as well.”
