“Absolutely brilliant, had a problem with getting right type of boxes delivered to me in time for SMB to collect so had to change date at short notice. The staff couldn't have been more efficient & understanding in changing dates. Then boxes Did arrive in time for original collection date & SMB offered to collect on origin date after all. My boxes were at destination 48 hrs later! All so easy & their online chat is manned by humans with calm professionalism & empathy for those customers (me) who are stressed out with moving/travelling on a tight timetable. Honestly very impressed & will be using them again very soon.”

“I have used Send My Bag twice. Once from Atlanta to Paris France and again for the return. They did an excellent job and exceeded my expectation ! They picked up in Atlanta on Monday late afternoon and my boxes arrived on Wednesday at noon in Paris. It was the same on the return. Please follow their directions which are clear and concise and you will have not issues with customes. My only complaint, is that they are "too efficent" and I wasn't totally prepared for my boxes to show up so quickly. It all worked out just fine, and I am happy my things arrived safely and quickly ! I will be using Send My Bag again. I also understand that they have service called "Send My Pallet" which I will be looking into for my return trip to Paris.”

“Came when they said, delivered when they said. There was a hiccup with being charged duty despite having a valid transfer of personal goods. The staff from send-my-bag resolved this by refunding the mistakenly applied duty. So, 5-stars for being so responsive at every stage.”
