“My suitcase was collected in London around 5pm and was delivered in Cumbria by 12.30pm the next day. My suitcase was I damaged. I recommend this service”

“My suitcase was picked up and approved for shipping. Once I received it, I got a claim for extra allowance fees despite confirmation of suitcase dimensions within SendMyBag terms & policy and subsequent approval for shipping. This is not acceptable. SendMyBag cannot approve shipping based on dimensions within the norms and then claim extra fees based on different dimensions.”
