“The service was exceptional:- warm and friendly yet professional. My appointment was on the date and time exactly as I requested. The optician, (Emily) was thorough and I know the Neurosurgeon who I subsequently saw as a result of the tests was impressed with Emily's report. When I was finally able to have my new glasses.the fitting service was exemplary and I have recommended this branch of Scrivens to everybody I know and as a result my wife is now under their care”

“Examination was satisfactory and obviously I needed spectacles... this was first time eye test for me and could only be advised as to what I needed... I now discover that they are not really what I required and have taken prescription to another outlet to get correct ones made ! Was not impressed about contact to tell me when specs were ready... in end I rang them!”
