“Saw you in 2002 was fail to bo told I ve cataracts I will be sending an email to you head office as a should have been taking precautions to avoid this condition becoming worse”

“From day one I received a friendly welcoming, Put at ease and everything discussed was explained clearly regarding the purpose and stages of my visits, Everything explained and easy to understand, I felt most comfortable and at ease, I later revisited with regards adjustment to my Earing aid ( a mold made for my Right Earing aid) Again well pleased with the service I received,”

“The Wallasey branch has always been an amazing branch to visit , the manager Karl is always there with a lovely welcome and the staff are fab, they always give you an honest opinion on frames and you are never in a rush, I would highly recommend Scrivens Wallasey for an eye test and hearing check, keep up the good work.”

“I have been coming to the Didcot branch for a long time. The service has always been good. The staff have been kind, welcoming, and helpful. In particular Nagini Cambampati ( hope I spelt that correctly) who has kept my sight going well over the years.”

“Wow what great service, and expert treatment. From the moment I walked in to the store, I was grated with a very warm welcome, and nothing was any trouble, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, the optician was very thorough and understood my needs. I can't say anything negative, as my experience was pleasant, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for opticians.”

“I had my eye tests at Scrivens a couple of days ago. Customer service was phenomenal. Technician & Opticians both were really professional and briefed about the procedures in advance. I highly recommend them!”

“Reception staff very friendly and welcoming . A very rushed eye test . I have suffered extreme dry eye for 3 years and wanted an up to date eye test for consultant . Based on lack of patience and understanding I wouldn’t trust the prescription and would not recommend. Based on good reviews I went out of area and quite frankly a waste of my time and money .”

“I visited the Scrivens branch in Hunslet Leeds on friday for a free hearing check. I do need hearing aids. The service there was brilliant. Everything was explained to me in detail. It was good old fashioned service, quite an unusual thing to find these days.”

“Went in today Friday rhw 26rh April my appointment was 14.15pm I was out by 15.24pm .y eyes have been burning and stinging since I got my glasses done hwae on the reading 1 I went in few days etc after receiving them they said nothing wrong with them they made ro perception. Etc I need ro go to opticians I had eys tested at I went there they said these.wear responsibility as they took on perception my eys have got worse si ce wearing them so went I. Today only to be greeted whoth hostile environment and shouted out by optician ans told nothing wrong I need eye drops what I have i told rhwm I o ly get burning ans stinging in my eyes when I wear rhw glasses I use for close work mot distance 1 also was told its my age ans my medication rude u just don't want ro admit u f up on my glasses ans bec off those I am suffering”

“I was received courteously at Scrivens branch in Sutton Coldfield. My eye test was conducted with professional care and kindness by Sonia and all the staff were helpful and accommodating. My glasses were ready within the time stated, and they are already proving excellent. Grateful thanks to all concerned.”

“Unlike the branch manager I was dealing with in Kentish town was so professional and helpful that's why his expertise pushed me to do business with Scrivens first time last year. So i decided to have my eye check-up again with him to book the appointment so when i called today to Kentish town branch around 6pm then Mr Daniel pickup the phone from head office with all these personal questions to clear my security without asking why i am calling this is horrible procedure they have that's why i decdied to leave this company and now i have to find some other optician because i felt extremly offended. All the questions Dan asked, are related to sell my personal information to other companies and then they will be keep calling like if i had an accident or selling me a cheap phone or so many calls like that to bother my whole day. Experience with Daniel was like i will think 100 times to call Scrivens ever again.”
