“I REENTLY USED STRIVENS ON PLUMPTEAD ROAD NORWICH & WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE KINDNESS SHOWN TO ME.THE EFICIENT & FRIENDLY GREETING I RECIECED FROM THE RECEPTION TO THE VERY EFFICIENT OPTICIEN ,I THINK HIS NAME WAS JOE WHO WAS VERY EFFIICIENT IN DEALING WITH MY EYE PROBLEMS.I WOULD CERTAINLY RECCOMEND THEM TO EVERYONE”

“Scrivens have just sent me mail despite the fact that I told them that I was no longer a patient/ customer of theirs. I wouldn't trust scrivens to provide a decent usable set of hearing aids ever again. Also they are completely deaf towards anyone's leaving them. You will get unwanted mail and communications from them for ever. Anyone but Scrivens.”

“i was so happy to walk into a friendly atmosphere.the two shop assistants where very helpful. i had a thorough examination with the optician. his optical clarity was excellent. i was pleased with everything.well done to you all. most satisfied.”

“Really impressed, such a friendly office, and Amandeep was so caring. Having tried 3 other Opticians in Witney I certainly don't need to go elsewhere now. I just hope that my cataract treatment in Hospital goes so well.”

“Would highly recommend Scrivens opticians. I had an appointment Saturday 23rd November. From start to finish the 2 staff in there were absolutely lovely. After having my eye test and talked through everything, my glasses will be ready to collect later this week and if there are any issues to come back and these will be sorted with no extra cost. Very friendly and helpful.”

“Would never recommend Scrivens service to get an appointment is awful gn resound are according to Scrivens unable to manufacture a correct size ear piece for there top range hearing aid which I find totally unacceptable having paid over £2500.00”

“I visited Scrivens branch in Penzance whilst on holiday. I had a problem with my glasses ant they sorted it out quickly and with great customer service. Very impresses, friendly and obliging staff.”

“Very helpful friendly staff pity scrivens was taken from Colne medical centre Brightlingsea still helpful when I've visited Colchester branch but not as convenient now I'm older”
