“Sorry the lady was great. Maybe it's me but I could some days flush the thingm. When I got it I was over the moon. Now it's driving me up the wall. I can hear.OK but I have an echo so some things send my head bouncing. The telephone is impossible. In shops I get all the light fittings and every one conversation but the one opposite I can not hear it's become some day I could just stamp on it. I also have long hair and the whole thing falls out regularly. I won't have to stamp on it soon it will fall off in the loo and I'll flush it.”

“As usual a visit to local Scrivens a pleasure. The staff friendly and competent and helpful. A cataract op. recently dealt with very promptly. Good service indeed. However I was amazed at the price increase. Last year a price of 140 pounds up a year later to 250. Similar Bi-Focals. No extras. This seems unreasonable.”

“A great service from the staff at Newark store. Hollie was very friendly and efficient and brought out additional frames that were not on the display. Sam was great helping me decide on which glasses suited me. Steph carried out a very thorough eye test.”

“The branch is a lot bigger and better then the previous but the parking situation is awkward to get in and out especially how the crossing is at the roundabout when its blocked with traffic not easy, shame there wasn’t a one way in and exit only”
