“I went to go get my glasses and everyone was so kind especially the lady with blond hair and she gave me her honest opinion aswell as everyone else definitely recommend”

“Morning All, I had my earing test on Friday 31 October at Hamstead Branch. What can I say, well on entering the shop I was greeted by a very professional young lady ,who took my details . Then time for my test. Moehamed was the man in charge today. This Man was so good at is job. First he showed me my results from the test. And explained everything to me from start to finish. And he answerd all my questions. He set up my new earing aids and that was me all done walking out with earing aids. Thanks to all the team at Hamstead, Most of all thank you Moehamed for listening to me and being excellent at your job. I can't wait to get home and pair my earing aids to my phone. Yes they are Bluetooth, app download really pleased, NHS aids as well Thanks again. 😊”

“The staff at the branch in Waterlooville, Hampshire were most helpful and particularly tolerant of us oldies who are not great with some modern technology. Helping to put controls onto the phone has been a great asset.”

“Amazing service. The staff were friendly and eased my nerves instantly. Really informative and all explained in a way I could understand. I can’t fault Scrivens (Weston) at all. Highly recommend, especially if you feel abit anxious!”

“We were served at the Feltham branch by Muna and her colleague. We stopped for a quick replacement of nose pads that had broken on a pair of my glassses. Such attentive and quick service, hospitality, and genuine professionalism. A real delight. They even ensured my glasses fitted correctly by tightening the arms. Thank you!!!”

“My elderly Mum has been under Dominic now for some months and I have to say he has been excellent with her. She now has private hearing aids and is very happy with them. He is always available to talk to and is very patient and caring with her, after care is very good. Thank you Scrivens.”

“Appointment for sight test on October 23 at the New Milton branch. After a short questionnaire I was seen immediately by the young optician who listened to what I said, answered my questions and thoroughly checked my eyesight. I was extremely happy with the courtesy and treatment I received and very pleased I had chosen them after I moved here.”

“I would like to thank all the staff at the kings heath branch who were there Saturday 18th from the moment I walked in all the members of staff made me feel welcome I explained my issue I got eye test immediately and was reassured I could still drive the lady who did my eye test amazing thank you so much”

“My opticians are in Chingford Mount Road. They are very helpful and patient. They take the time to make sure you are happy and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't to go anywhere now and highly recommend.”
