“I visited Scrivens again two weeks ago for a new hearing aid after three years with my old one. The manager Doulat is always so helpful and I found the hearing Care absolutely excellent. I hadn't met Mary before and she was so delightful in her manner very kind, very clear in all her explanations, i learned a lot even though I have had the aids sometime. She gave up extra time for me I am old and eeded quite a bit of help and she was just lovely so kind and considerate I couldn't rate her highly enough thank you again Scrivens always good and Mary this time.”

“I would give Witney branch 5 stars. The test was very thorough and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was most impressed that I was able to have my lenses replaced and not have to purchase another frame.”

“Scrivens Brandon Suffolk Top Stars ⭐⭐ for Top ladies Very Professional, very friendly I have always had Issues with my eyes (Strabismus/Amblyopia) plus a small face , small Bridge Always come out happy with stylish fashionable glasses And I also have top notch Contact lenses too! Thank you 😊”

“Inderjit, the Optometrist at the Rugby Branch has a wealth of knowledge and with this knowledge she was able to source the right type of contact lens for my specific needs. Inderjit, takes her time to explain the results of your eye test and the reasoning behind any recommendations. Sarah the Branch Manager and her team are welcoming, knowledgeable and polite. I often pop in to have my spectacles realigned and there has never been a time where I have been made to feel uncomfortable for asking, yet again! 'Thank you' to all of you for always making my visit a worthwhile experience.”

“This review is about my experience over many years as regards your Kentish Town, London NW5 branch. I chose to attend at this branch after my local independent, and very reliable, optician closed down without notice. The Scrivens staffing has been very constant - with Michael, the resident professional, in place as long as I can remember. If I may: the star of the show is Doulat Richards who is a really delightful front of house man. He is incredibly understanding when I appear, and re-appear with some regularity, with yet another set of spectacles which I have managed to sit on or step on and do my best to demolish....He is well supported by lovely Avril. I am prepared to confess that I want to give Doulat a wee hug every time he helps me out while, for obvious reasons, I daren't.”

“Went to Scrivens in Lymington, I can’t recommend this opticians highly enough! While on holiday my glasses broke, and I was worried I’d be stuck without them. The team were absolutely incredible – they managed to fit my lenses into a brand-new frame there and then. The service was fast, friendly,professional and the value was excellent too. Truly outstanding customer care – they went above and beyond to help me.”

“From the moment I rang the Bilston store, asking for an eye test appointment, I was treated with the utmost courtesy, respect and friendliness. I was offered a same day or next day appointment. I went today and was seen straight away. Kelly, the manager, Mala, the optometrist and Ellie, who did my fields test and helped me choose my glasses were all lovely and gave a brilliant service. I can't wait to pick my glasses up and start wearing them!”

“I have just popped into scrivens opticians in Newquay not only very friendly but sorted my glasses with a screw for the lens 😊 mine was lost ), new nose pads and made my frames fit tighter too👍 when I asked the cost the assistant replied no charge 🙂such wonderful customer service well done to scrivens optician you have such lovely staff a credit to your company 👏1 very happy customer has just st left your shop 😄”

“Recently had an update of my hearing aids in Weston-s-Mare and was helped by Micheal who, in all the years I've been coming to Scrivens, was the most helpful, thorough, informative and pleasant young man I've seen. “Just passing through Weymouth. Lost a nose pad on my glasses and they were uncomfortable. Dropped into Scrivens, St Mary's street. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. All sorted without any fuss. Thanks.”

“Staff at Chapel branch were fantastic with my 10yr old son. They made him really comfortable and took time to explain things to him. Frame choice was really good and very suitable for his needs. Thank thank you to them all. Great branch.”
