“Always happy to help with any issues with my hearing aid & my new glasses that ive not long had as the lenses had to be re placed. This was no trouble for the team at Bedminster Bristol. All staff members are absolutely welcoming & wonderful,I can't praise them enough.”

“Well what a great bunch of people in the feltham branch, from Dipesh the manager to Lea the assistant very attentive and 5 star service wouldnt go anywhere else. And the quality of the glasses is really good.”

“You were on a list of referrals from my doctor as I was not happy with my existing aids. You immediately advised me that my aids were faulty and fitted n ones.Excellent service.”

“My annual sight test you recommended last year came around. You gave me good notice when to book and there were available dates and times. I arrived on time and was immediately seen, had the preliminary test then straight into the Optometrist. Not only was the test done efficiently but we had a good conversation on eye care that reassured me. Thank you!”

“The gentleman who conducted my eye test was a true professional and was prepared to answer questions in full. I was also made to feel comfortable and he was kind enough to interact with my grandson aged 7. I will return to this branch in the future”

“Very pleasant and helpful staff sorted out my vision problems with no fuss including eye test, and subsequent need to upgrade lenses. It took about ten days for the new lenses and original frames to be returned to me.”

“Thorough eye test. Very pleasant staff. Free frames for the specs I chose. Ready in one week. Centre is 10 minute walk from my house so really handy. Only criticism was that when I got there to collect specs they were closed for lunch! I thought they were open all day and the handwritten note on the door said "back at 1.50" but they were a bit late! Perhaps it was a one off thing on that day. I only had to wait about 15 mins and there's lots of other things to do nearby.”

“We visited Scrivens at Sutton-in-Ashfield as my 14 year old son had unsuccessful trials for contact lenses with another optician. The dedication, help and patience displayed by the staff at Scrivens was outstanding. They succeeded when others gave up. We would recommend Scrivens to any parent with teenagers wishing to try contact lenses.”

“been with Scrivens Rotherham branch for 13 years now and would not recommend it enough. helpful staff, wide range of frames and great offers. a special shout-out to Carina who knows very well how clumsy and forgetful i am with my glasses, she has always gone above and beyond to help me when i need it from fixing my glasses that i slept on to searching other branches to find the glasses i want. Keep up the great work everyone.”

“The staff at the Fordhouses branch of Scrivens are brilliant. Over the past few weeks they have with their skill and kindness enabled me to again live a full life. I can hear again!! I can use the phone again, hold conversations and feel so much safer when out and about as I can hear the approaching traffic. When attending a concert yesterday I could clearly hear every note of a solo piano piece. Thank you so much to all at Fordhouses.”
