“I am a very recent customer of Scrivens in Chipping Norton. The whole experience from making the initial appointment to picking up my new prescription today was excellent in every way. The optometrist, Jaswinder Kandola,was a model of professional care who was clear in her advice and judicious in her technical judgement. The customer facing staff were uniformly pleasant and professional. Congratulations to all in the Chipping Norton premises of Scrivens.”

“The staff are both friendly and professional. They make you feel confident in their hands, as they come across as being very well trained. In particular I was made to feel comfortable about my hearing which I was slightly embarrassed by. But I now feel more confident about. The eye test was done in a nice relaxed way and not rushed as in other opticians.”
