“I have been a Scrivens customer for many years now. I have always found them helpful and efficient. Recently I had a problem with my current pair of specs and I dropped into the Ripon branch where the problem was assessed and corrected there and then. I have always found the staff helpful and cheerful.”

“The service I got from the branch in Weston-super-Mare was brilliant so helpful in there even before I was a customer had a problem with one of my hearing aids needed a new tube in one of them as had broken they put new tubes for free where spectators didn't want to know so I now use them for glasses as well as hearing aids you can't beat good customer services when you need it”

“Excellent customer service from Haley today. All options discussed and unbiased information given. Haley made me feel very comfortable, not pressured or rushed and all my questions answered leaving me very informed and able to make a choice to suit me.”

“Scrivens hearing aid test is the best one i have ever had. It was not rushed and fully comprehensive. My hearing aids are the best ones i have ever had. The sound is perfect and they are very comfortable. I would defiantly recommend recommend Scrivens . Mr B.Davis.”

“The optician, David, is a wonderful and very professional man. He explaind everything to me. The front of house staff are always bright, bubbly and very welcoming and helpful.”

“The Wallasey branch have gone above and beyond with my elderly mother as she had a fall and broke her glasses, they managed to get a pair of glasses back in 2 days, the service in store was tremendous and something you don't really see in stores nowadays, I would recommend Scrivens in Liscard to anyone. 10/10.”
