“The team in the Royton branch are outstanding. Best customer service by far. My family all genuinely love visiting the optician - especially if it means seeing Kevin! He’s excellent.”

“I switched to Scrivens from another company and I am so glad I did. Whilst I wasn't unhappy with my previous opticians, I needed one more local. I popped in Scrivens to ask about eye tests for myself and my children, from that first conversation, we were really well looked after. The eye tests themselves were thorough and everything was explained clearly. 2 of us had to choose some glasses and again, we felt well looked after. I can't fault the staff at all, they were all very friendly and helpful. When we returned to collect our new specs, everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. We left feeling happy and confident after being told how much they suited us. Would 100% recommend Scrivens to anyone who needs eye sight or hearing tests (I also had a hearing test which I found to also be very thorough).”

“I have visited Rotherham branch for a couple of years now. Having been with same opticians for over 25 years I was dubious that anyone else would get it right. These girls were excellent and Donna the optician was very thorough. Tracy and Louise helped me choose my glasses based on what was best for my prescription. I got them 2 weeks later and they are great. Fantastic ladies”

“My visit to the Rotherham branch was a great experience I’ve warn glasses for many years and visited several opticians this visit was one of the best I’ve had very informative excellent eye test help with choosing my glasses all round fab experience would highly recommend Carina branch manager in particular was brilliant”

“Very good service from booking our appointment all the way to collecting mine and my daughters glasses. Optician was very patient with my children and even more reassuring when I was told the extent of my daughter’s prescription. Really good choice of glasses and wonderful staff to help find the right ones suited to your face shape etc. The branch manager was more than happy to let us visit a number of times to make sure my 3 year old got the perfect glasses for home and school.”

“I’ve not had my eyes tested in over 7 years. The experience I had at Scrivens was fantastic from start to finish. The ladies were very thorough through my whole appointment explaining everything step by step. The ladies in store then helped me chose my glasses and explain the next steps. They were extra helpful and even helped play and watch my daughter whilst I had my appointment! Big shout out to Carina who helped me with everything too. All the staff are fabulous :-) x”

“My Scrivens Branch is in Feltham, MIddx. The branch Manager is Dipesh. I have been a customer for some years now and my recent visit was, as always, superb. I deal with Dipesh who is incredibly helpful, kind, understanding and has a lovely warm, personable manner. He always goes out of his way to to sort out issue I have and I just wanted to let you know that he is a great Manager. He is a great asset to your company. Thank you for all your great service Dipesh. I look forward to seeing you again on my next visit.”

“I had my appointment last Saturday in North Walsham this review is purely and simply for Guy the amazing Ophthalmologist. I have never experienced anyone so informative when I have had my eyes tested ever. He was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do to help my eyesight without being overbearing. If there were 5 star plus rating Guy is the man.”
