“Having recently moved to the area, broken my only pair of glasses and not yet transferred over to my new branch, I rushed into my new local branch in Stapleford, Nottingham and the 2 ladies in there could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Jean in particular went over above, immediately transferring my records over, helping me pick a lovely new pair glasses and sorting me out with contacts in the interim, all with a very quick turn around time! I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received here, very happy customer, thanks to such lovely and efficient staff! Thanks again!”

“I went to scriven yesterday and the lovely lady (Ellie) was amazing, so friendly and talked me through all the test and varifocal lenses and was not phased by we having to have my autistic daughter come in to choose my glasses. Really would recommend”

“I recently visited Scrivens to collect a set of hearing aids and would really like not only to mention Megan, Richard and Vanessa for their excellent care and professional service but their patience and kindness shown not only to myself but other customers as well. I contacted the optical side of Scrivens just before Christmas as I had a stye and asked if Richard could spare me five minutes to check the problem. He was extremely busy that day, but he contacted me much later in the day to give me a suggestion on how to get rid of the stye. The service and dedication that all the staff give to their clients is truly amazing. If I could give my local branch 10/10 I would do.”

“Nothing is ever a problem with the excellent team in Bury St Edmunds. We have as a family gone to Scrivens for approximately 30 years and never had anything short of excellent service. I spent 15 years running a multiple retail business and know the importance of the staff at the coalface Scrivens have a top team.”

“Easy to book an appointment online. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Optician did a fantastic job during my eyesight test. Got an audio test as well. Very happy with the service and support.”

“Hello people reading this review, if you need your eyes tested and live in Didcot or near you won't go wrong visiting Scrivens. It's a good clean shop and everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I rarely do reviews but 'seeing' as it was an enjoyable experience (funnily enough, having my eyes tested for the first time) they deserve a 5*”

“I would really like to thank all the staff at scrivens for everything they have done for me .helping me to get new glasses and getting my hearing aids it's like a different world being able to see clearer and to hear people and things around me .I would recommend scriven to anyone .on my behalf and my partner James crosses behalf thank you all”
