“Usual quality eye and hearing test as expected at scrivens oopticians. All covid precautions followed by staff. Seemed a lot more choice of glasses than my last visit 2 years ago. All staff very pleasant and made me very welcome.”

“I had broken my glasses but couldn't go for a sight test as my husband had not long had major heart surgery and we had to shield the practice was very helpful by letting me have a replacement pair of glasses on my current prescription till I can go for a test in the new year top Mark's for customer service”

“Hi. My first and only hearing test at 87 years. Rather strange at first, took a while to get accustomed to the "new" sounds but worth the effort, made me realise what I had lost. Could not have had better service and after care. Will pass the message onto others who just turn the TV up. Cheers, James Youell (Crawley)”

“I emailed your central website but no reply. You need a general email that is not relating to treatment as it was a compliment to Bina for her excellent treatment of my elderly parent. Very patient and thorough. The cm service by the sales team is always good but there needs to be a wider selection of products. Not enough brands. It would make me go to a competitor.”

“The assistant at Newark branch ( Marie) gave fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The advice she gave was excellent and extremely helpful. I love the glasses she helped me choose. She also organised for the glasses to come to my local branch for me to collect. Just so grateful for her help and assistance. Thank you Marie.”

“You are trying and well attending to me ..I wish to back to your store again.. the Doctor that attend to me is very very good and she knows how to deal with client with a good manner and the manager there is okay because he has customers skill..the only things I want to say that my lenses is bit dack and freeze but I can't come back and laughing the complain because am going away for my holiday..but am using the one I got from specsavers now..thanks .”
