“The staff at my branch are always so lovely! I look forward to going in because of this- always smiley and chatty which makes you feel really comfortable. I’ve been meaning to write in about them because although I only go in a few times a year, they always stand out to me as such friendly team.”

“This team is brilliant. Covid-19 has been a challenge, to us all, no doubt. And despite their slight limitations in public infection control processes, the team, regardless, serve their customers with a smile and practice infection control measures as best as they can. Sarah and the new young guy ( forgot his name) give high quality customer service and have time to have a little banter with you. This is the best place to go for eye care, advice and support.”

“I wasn’t very impressed with the whole experience as everyone apart from the experienced Optician were Quite cold and unfriendly. They charged me around £320.00 for the new lenses and fitting which was very expensive I thought and when I asked for a discount on the eye test which was £30 they just weren’t interested even though my bill was over £300 . They do not value your business at all and i will Not recommend them to anyone and will never come back to them next time .”

“The hearing test was brilliant. The ladies working in the shop were brilliant. The young man that tested my eyesight was (I like to think that he was having a very bad day). The eye test was very short, over and done with very quickly, not very thorough at all and I was very surprised when he said that my eyes had improved! I Said to him that I wanted the distance on the bifocal reading brought closer as I am no longer in the class room, he said Yes that is all taken care of. One of the ladies dropped my glasses off at my house because Lock down had started. I was very pleased to get my 2 new pairs of glasses that had cost me over £300. I wore them for a few days trying to see if I needed extra time to adjust to them because he said my eyes had changed a lot. Both New pairs of glasses are no good for me at all. In Face I have found that I can see much better in my Convers Glasses that are More than 5 Years Old.”
