“I was particularly impressed with the manager of the shop and her customer care and service in helping me find the right style and fit of glasses; then helping me very quickly order replacements when I unfortunately dropped and lost them!”

“The Scrivens opticians I go to in Malton are superb. The service is brilliant,nothing too much trouble. They're very helpful and the staff are so friendly and amazing,they make me feel really welcome. 100% satisfied.”

“First time at Scrivens and a very pleasant experience all round. Offered a hearing test as part of my appointment which was a bonus. No waiting , no undue pressure to buy frames on the day although I did select some. Will probably use them in future .”

“The best in area ; we’ve used other opticians over the years and Scrivens in Hedge End outshines them all. Mr Whelan was the most professional optician I’ve experienced in a long time along with the front of office staff .”

“Excellent care from audiologist when I went to have my ears syringed. Georgina picked up a potential problem and tested me to check it out and then reassured me. She also did and excellent job of syringing.”
