“With a weary heart having been sent to Scrivens by QA I went along to see them. I assumed that they would be like the previous, different opticians shop that I had a dreadful experience in Portsmouth with. Also the audiologist that cleaned out my ears said that she had poor feedback from her customers about Scrivens putting me into despair about my visit. Then I met Ester in Havant Scrivens who picked up on my attitude, and went in a direct but courteous tone to tell me that all the audiologists in the shop were trained and efficient. Then went on to clearly demonstrate her knowledge in the fitting of my new aids for me. So go along to their Havant shop with confidence that they will look after you, are all trained but in my experience also, actually care for their customers' welfare. My new aids work well, and can be programmed from my phone as Ester showed me. So it is all good I am delighted to say.”

“Bristol, Clifton, Nina did a great job reassuring me about updating my hearing aids, arranging the appointment etc. Deepti couldn’t have taken more trouble with the hearing test, explaining my new aids and answering my questions. Came out on cloud nine, new aids working beautifully.”

“The staff are very friendly, helpful and put me at ease. The optician explained everything and answered questions I had about the condition and health of my eyes. The staff were really helpful to me when I was selecting some new glasses. I was not pushed into paying for expensive glasses. I was pleasantly surprised that the glasses that looked the best on my face were at the cheaper end. I was reassured that although cheaper they were good quality and they had good reviews from customers. A great team at the Huddersfield optician.”
