“Very bad service had received my eyes hurting very bad as optician will not tell me what's wrong and doctor send me eye hospital nhs for no reason that don't need it don't argue with .”

“Excellent eye test, a very thorough examination and everything was explained to me, I felt that nothing was too much trouble. The two receptionists, were extremely helpful, caring and I felt confident in choosing new frames.”

“Having previously used both Boots and Specsavers I have to recommend Scrivens in Wolstanton. I have no real issues with the other two mentioned. However the time taken for the test and the very thorough explanations and advise was a big step up. Only just ordered my glasses so this is a review of the eye test and selection process which I happily give 100%. This will be my opticians going forward.”

“Lauren and her OA colleague at the branch in Hoddesdon, Herts, have been superb, from the moment I walked into the branch to browse for new glasses until I collected them this morning. Both were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Ami, the optometrist listened carefully to my concerns and offered practical advice throughout the eye examination. I cannot fault the team at Scrivens at all and they are a far cry from their major competitors on the same high street. The final cost of my glasses may be a little more expensive, but it has been well worth paying just a few extra pounds to receive a brilliant customer service.”

“First visit overall vey satisfied, positive customer experience. Eye test detailed & informative professional care and welcoming, reassuring polite manner by the optician. Support staff also very professional helpful and clearly knowledgeable in selection / fitting of products. Actually looking forward to receiving my glasses. Slightly more expensive than others. However if the product fully meets needs and expectations. Will be a satisfied new customer.”

“The team at the Oldbury branch are helpful and approachable, I won’t go anywhere else for my eye care. The Optometrist I saw recently was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and made sure she covered every point that I was concerned about before I left. The appointment wasn’t rushed and she made clear recommendations, really happy with my experience.”

“I was warmly greeted by Georgina and the optician. I was seen on time with very little waiting time and my optician was very friendly and put me at ease immediately. She was very efficient and thorough and explained everything clearly and proffessionally. I needed new glasses and Georgina was very helpful. I suppose the only downside is the price of new glasses, but it's the same at any Optician practice. At Scrivens, you always feel like you are being given a personal service, I higjly recommend them.”

“MR LATEEF BALOGUN THE OPTOMATRIST WAS SO THOROUGH I HAD RETURNED FOR MY EYE EXAMINATION AND NEW PRESCRIPTION GLASSES TO SCRIVENS KNOWING FULL WELL THEY USED THE OLD METHOD UNLIKE SPECSAVERS ONLY GAVE ME 2 LINES TO READ THE LETTERS ASKED ME TO PICK A OR B IS CLEARER ON REPLYING A, EXPECTING FOR MORE LETTERS TO READ, ENDED AND WROTE THE PRESCRIPTION, I KNEW THEN THAT WOULD BE WRONG SO I RETURNED TO SCRIVENS”
