“I visited the Rugby branch for new NHS hearing aids. The service I received was excellent. Emma was very helpful and the other staff were all friendly and pleasant as I walked through to have my test. Emma identified a problem with my old aids and tested my hearing for new ones. She put me at ease and answered all my questions. My new aids are now fitted, feel comfortable and I am able to hear much more clearly. A follow-up Service has been promised. I would thoroughly recommend Scrivens.”

“I'm always struck by how helpful and friendly the staff in the Catford branch are. They seem to be genuinely happy in their job and with each other, and this communicates itself to customers. No-one wants to have to visit an optician but they make it (almost) a pleasure.”

“Wow from making my appointment to having my eye test such a fast turn around, I had my glasses in less than a week. So pleased with the professional service, friendly staff very welcoming the lady on the front desk was really helpful polite and knows her job, the manager even offered to make a hot drink while I waited. I would highly recommend Scrivens Opticians and I will definitely return again. Thankyou so much. Catherine Dodds”

“The ladies in the branch at Ely were so patient and persistent in helping me with my new contact lenses! It took two of them and 5 ‘practice appointments’ before I was able to manage on my own. Nothing was too much trouble and they never made me feel as if I wouldn’t succeed. I can now put them in and take them out without too much effort (I won’t say easily—yet!) Thank you Emma and Michala, you were brilliant 😊”

“I have always had good experience with this company. Recently I purchased 5 new pairs of glasses for my specific prescription. I know that if anything is not quite right they will rectify the problem at no further cost. The team were professional and very helpful indeed. I was not rushed oand every attempt to get the right frame and lens type was offered.”

“I have recently had my eyes tested for the first time at Scrivens, Loughborough and was extremely happy with the service I received. Everyone was so friendly and took great care over my eye test and subsequent choice and fit of glasses. They also had a great selection of frames to chose from. I would certainly highly recommend them.”

“Fantastic local optician, no sales pressure. Leanne, Leanne and Becky are fantastic representatives of this company. Customer service is obviously high on the priority list. All very polite and very helpful. Highly recommend anyone to go here. Thank you ladies.”
