“Recently picked up new glasses after my 2 yearly checkup. Very happy with the service received and the staff were very friendly at the Winton Branch. Would recommend scrivens”

“I would like to thank all the staff at the kings heath branch who were there Saturday 18th from the moment I walked in all the members of staff made me feel welcome I explained my issue I got eye test immediately and was reassured I could still drive the lady who did my eye test amazing thank you so much”

“had new lenses fitted in my frames the assistant was very helpfull and understood what i wanted got them back and was very happy with them just what i wanted. will use the wolstanton branch again.”

“My opticians are in Chingford Mount Road. They are very helpful and patient. They take the time to make sure you are happy and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't to go anywhere now and highly recommend.”

“The Grantham shop is just the best place to go for both optician and hearing services. Staff are always very friendly and professional. Good customer service is the ethos that this shop seems to by. Brilliant.”

“I had a hearing test at Weoley Castle and the service from the audiologist was amazing. Tas was so helpful and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend her and Scrivens.”

“Thankyou to the lovely ladies in Aldridge Scrivens, made me feel very comfortable, really knew their stuff, instantly knew what frame would suit me and even helped measure my son up for frames for some migraine assisting glasses we were buying online. Lovely people, we even managed a giggle. Thank you so much Helen W”

“I ordered varifocals from the Market Deeping branch and was served by the Manager who fleeced me for £350, less than I expected. On collecting them 2 weeks later a I saw a very proficient lady who was almost effervescent, polite and clearly knew what she was doing, (I think she was called Hollie - need to check spelling!). I also happened across the hearing guy (Pat) who sorted me out very quickly. I came out being able to see better, hear better and having had a great experience. Shame they don't do lunches, I would happily have stayed longer!”

“Another excellent appointment with the Alfreton staff. Really good advice from Haley so was able to chose the right hearing aids for me. Everything explained with good description of the expected sounds while testing. Looking forward to collecting my chosen set and having them set up and explained to me.”

“I lost all hearing suddenly in one ear. Rang Scrivens and was given an appointment in a weeks time. Now know I should have been advised to go to A&E. I have been denied the opportunity of getting my hearing back. Now have no hearing in one ear and have profound loss in my remaining ear. Also was given a mould to which I am allergic. New mould was allergic to as well. I am extremely unhappy about my treatment which has left me with significant hearing loss. I have now moved to a different NHS specialist who I am happy with.”

“I moved to the Scrivens Heanor Branch after being with the same opthalmologist since school. Scrivens Heanor have made my move very easy. The staff have been extremely helpful and are a friendly bunch, which i love! I am very happy that I moved to an optician closer to home. My contact lenses are delivered regularly without issues. I am a very happy customer!”

“Visited my local Scrivens in St Ives, Cambs for earwax removal for the first after previously using the NHS service at the GP Surgery. The clinician was very friendly and reassuring and explained everything to do with the microsuction procedure including describing what she had photographed throughout. Paramount was to make sure I was relaxed throughout and not to rush the procedure. I found the whole experience not unpleasant and even look forward to the follow-up to finish the job on one ear in particular that was initially very blocked. Once again I would like to praise the lady who dealt with me, and indeed the staff at Scrivens who have looked after my eyes and hearing over many years providing excellent customer service.”

“I visited Scrivens again two weeks ago for a new hearing aid after three years with my old one. The manager Doulat is always so helpful and I found the hearing Care absolutely excellent. I hadn't met Mary before and she was so delightful in her manner very kind, very clear in all her explanations, i learned a lot even though I have had the aids sometime. She gave up extra time for me I am old and eeded quite a bit of help and she was just lovely so kind and considerate I couldn't rate her highly enough thank you again Scrivens always good and Mary this time.”
