“The eye test was thoroughly explained by Colin the optician a very thorough eye exam . Sophie helped me choose my new frames and went through lens options according to my prescription . Overall fantastic experience from all staff, Thank you ,I love my new specs .”

“Attended my 2 year hearing test and hearing aid check today with Graham and as per usual he did a very thorough job and adjusted my hearing aids where required. Cannot fault the professionalism and customer attention I received again.”

“Both my partner and myself have been customers/patients of the Dovercourt Branch of 'Scrivens' for a good many years and over that time we have both found the reception staff to all be excellent in every way, always polite, helpful, informative and friendly, along with being very professional in their work, are all always prepared to listen and advise or seek out any information or answer when unable to do so immediately. Those Opticians I have seen over the years have always been polite, friendly and professional and prepared to refer when they feel it necessary, altogether it is a pleasure to attend any appointments.”

“I went to the Weston Super Mare branch because of eye problems. I was dealt with quickly by very professional staff, and they were absolutely amazing. I came away feeling calm and happy. I wish I could thank them a million times!!”

“Belated review to first class customer service.. after slight hitch with call centre I was put through to Customer Service and dealt with Hilary…. She provided excellent service and customer support… She replaced my uncles hearing aid quickly and sympathetically…Thank you so very much”

“Excellent professional service All staff really caring Picked up a problem and referred immediately to A&E. Followed up to check I was ok. Lovely staff at Chape-en-le frith Would highly recommend.”

“i started using the hearing company, who then became a scrivens,branch for about 5/6 years now. i had to have a problem with my aid sorted out (quick appointment) and i was all done,this is the Stafford branch in Crabbery street, Jordan i think the gentleman i saw was patient and polite and sorted my problem for me, i have been using this branch for a long time as nothing is to much trouble and they are always helpful, may i say this also includes the two receptionists i have seen”

“Very pleased with the service from staff & Rachel Crawford the optician at the Chingford branch, always curious & helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. One thing is the parking in Sainsburys is not free £1.80 an hour.”

“Very frustrated by Scrivens Hearing Centre in Exeter Cannot make an appointment as phone is not answered and leaving a message is not possible as answerphone box is full ( why have this option?) making a journey on the off chance of an appointment is a risk and unlikely to get an appointment. The previous provider of NHS services held drop in appointments an was very helpful. Ringing the national office was helpful but didn’t result in any follow up from the local branch so still no appointment !”

“Visited scrivens hearing centre in Ankerside, Tamworth today and was made welcome by receptionist as usual. Hearing aids were tested and one was not working for my husband, this is now been sent away for repair. Excellent service as usual. Batteries were also given. Would not know how to manage if they were not there. Thank you for today's appointment and we will see you again when repair has been done. Mr and Mrs Warren.”

“Pat at the Deeping branch was absolutely brilliant. He made me feel at ease, explained everything we were doing and went over and above to ensure I understood all options available to me. I will definitely return to him when I need to. The ladies booking appointments were also lovely. Great experience *****”

“I would just like to say how wonderful your staff at the Wolstanton branch are. I have my hearing aids through this branch and the staff are so helpful and attentive, nothing is too much trouble, I can call in at any time and they clean my hearing aids and always ask if the aids are ok or if I need anything. If I could I’d give them 10 stars.”

“I've used the Feltham branch of Scrivens for many years. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and my glasses are always great. Popped in yesterday because my little granddaughter had grabbed my reading glasses and badly bent one of the arms. This was fixed for me very quickly and no charge. Thank you!”

“I visited the Blackpool shop today. I need some new glasses and wanted to look at some frames. The ladies in the shop were fantastic and showed me a wide range of different options. Fantastic customer service and very friendly team. I will definitely be back. Thank you.”
