“Generally a good service. Staff demonstrate knowledge of their customers and are always pleasant and professional in their manner. I have not used the hearing care service, other than a basic auditory tone test provided at the same time as my last optometric test.”

“Wife had her eyes checked. Optician said you just need a small tweak. Cost overall about £300.Get a phone call a week later asking for another £60.There mistake glasses didn't fit no photochromic finish. Very poor service.”

“Joanne and the team were extremely helpful. Everything was explained clearly to me, all parts of the service were thorough, and the delivery time for my new glasses was less than a week. Im very grateful for all the help that was offered.”

“I tuck my son Today to Scrivens corporation street Birmingham he wasn't asked to take a set the man just when in the back on twice to a just the frames we payed for his glasses and even if we didn't manner are everything”

“I'm down £450 and still waiting for my specs a month after ordering. I asked for my IPD so I could order cheap sunglasses online as I wasn't going to pay that price for sunglasses, but this information was refused, stating "we are not obliged to provide that". Wow. Terrific customer service right there.”
