“excellent service,very helpful staff i had gone in for a eye test and needed a hearing aid {first one}they really looked after me and i came away very satisfied would highly recommend them many thanks”

“When I moved, I also found a new Scrivens so I could ensure my eyes were properly looked after. They do things SO thoroughly including two people checking your eye measurements. Worth every penny for all the extra care and fab choice of glasses.”

“A very friendly yet professional practice where I was seen quickly and efficiently. I received assistance on whether or not a particular frame suited my face which was much appreciated. A much more preferable experience to my previous optician.”

“Not satisfied with my previous opticians. I went to Scrivens for my eye test. Very friendly staff, and very thorough eye test. Glasses competitively priced. Also had my hearing test on NHS again very pleased. 5star service!!”

“the eye test was good and thorough, the glasses arrived as per agreed date, however the actual appointment was about 40min late as there was a new computerised system in operation or not as it seemed, causing very long delays, not good in fact very poor nobody seemed to know what to do, phone calls here there everywhere, and still l waited.”
