“There is no telephone number to be able to call them and they don't respond to emails so when you have a query or a faulty item you cannot call. I also couldn't find any live chat.”

“I had to return my order, because the item didn't meet my needs. The return process was relatively easy and quick, but I was a bit dismayed that the retail doesn't offer return labels other than in case of a store credit. Hence in the future I will think twice when ordering, unless I'm very certain I will keep the item.”

“My Daddy used to call my Nanna Momma Goose, so she is now Nanna Goose to me, and she bought me this lovely goose mobile. I now have a happy nappy time instead of crying Daddy said it was very easy to assemble and Mummy likes that it is tasteful. Stanley Rood 9 weeks old”

“Beautiful Nevada teepee. We had a slight issue with one of the poles and Scandiborns’s customer service was excellent- sending us a replacement within days. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.”

“I made my ‘purchase’ of a cotbed and drawers ages ago. When I heard nothing from Scandiborn for at least two weeks, I phoned customer services who informed me that actually you don’t deliver to Northern Ireland. Poor/non-existent information regarding that aspect of delivery and so poor that I was not told and had to phone myself for answers.”

“Extremely poor experience. I bought a wooden toy stroller for my daughter's 2nd birthday. The toy stroller contained missing parts, it took weeks to receive these and then to find out the final part was damaged. It's been over a month since my daughter's 2nd birthday and she still doesn't have it working.”
