“This is possibly the best customer service I have ever received. After I'd made a mistake on ordering, the customer service team sorted this out within an hour, had refunded me and had corrected it without me having to do anything. I am amazed!! I can't recommend this company enough and will definitely be ordering again.”

“The products look good but we’d like to return them as we object to all the plastic packaging. With such nice wooden toys we really didn’t expect or appreciate plastic bags wrapping each individual item. The items are already in nice card display packs and the delivery came in a pack of its own so this was really unnecessary”

“The silicon changes the taste of water. It tastes chemically, it may go away after a while, but the sippy cup I have for a while now catches smells so easily. The water never tastes right.”
