“I think the Scandiborn products & online service are first class. Unfortunately you use Evri for delivery who are a shambles. We ordered the play tent on 29/08/26, it has not arrived & it's the 11th September today. We did get notification that the play tent would arrive in time for our grand child's birthday on Friday 4th September between 7pm - 9pm. Absolutely nothing arrived. It's like the delivery driver drove off with it never to be seen again. I have phoned Evri, every 3 days to leave a message. To date no comeback at all. I recommend you change delivery Companies ASAP. What would you recommend I do now?”

“I am a foster carer and I have used scandiborn products for a while usually for first comforters to New baby's or for toddlers who have never had a 1st teddy. They are made well and are soooo soft the children love them.”
