Hello David, I am very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the service you've received. I've investigated this and can see that you ordered on Sat 29th Nov, and we shipped the following Weds 3rd Dec. I'm glad to see your order arrived safely with you a couple of days later, and I do hope you are pleased with your lovely wooden vehicle set. Please note that our usual shipping standard is same-day dispatch, but during this busy peak season we do advise longer dispatch times for standard service shipping, Many thanks Laura

“do not use, bad customer service, bad delivery service, no commitment to delivery times whatsoever, my item should have arrived in 3-5 days, now i am at the 10th day and the items have not shipped yet”

“Ordered the Fairy Garden Projector as a Christmas present for our Granddaughter. It has arrived in good time, very well packaged to protect it in transit and to be a very high quality product too. Scandiborn’s website and ordering process is clear as is the package tracking system. We will definitely return to Scandiborn in the future to chose other items as presents for both our Granddaughters .”

“Gift arrived in a soaked through box so the item will have to be gifted without the box. The team at Scandi said this could be returned however, I need a replacement and they made this very difficult / the item had increased in price and there would be additional postage to reorder. I gave up and won’t be ordering from them again.”
