“The items are lovely but I can’t say the same for the delivery. It was delivered down the road from where I live and left on their driveway. In view of the fact I am on crutches I was lucky that the person at the other house walked the parcel up to my place.”

Hi Gill, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear the delivery didn’t meet your expectations and for the inconvenience caused by it being left on the driveway. I will raise this with our delivery partner to bring this to their attention as we do not want our customers to experience this and we apologise greatly that you did. If there’s anything else you need, our customer care team is here to help. Kind regards, Meg @ Scandiborn
