“Items arrived separately, considering only two items were ordered, not sure how efficient this was. Also one of boxes that the toys were in was damaged. Although the toy was fine, the quality of the box was poor, and given that this was a birthday gift, disappointing. I didn’t feel able to give the item as a gift. I would be reluctant to order from Scandiborn again as I wouldn’t feel confident about the quality of packaging.”

Looking at your order I can see that one item was dispatched from our own warehouse, and the other came directly from our supplier, and this is the one that had troublesome packaging. Please do reach out to our customer service team who will be able to advise hello@scandiborn.com and in the meantime we will be sure to feed this back to the supplier. For the future, unless you see "Ships directly from our brand partner" on a product, it means that item comes from our own warehouse where you'll hopefully have a better experience :) I hope that helps, Laura
