Hello, I am ever so sorry to hear that your parcel has not arrived with you. After looking into this for you I can see that delivery was attempted but Royal Mail but they were unable to as there was no answer. It is now available to book redelivery. “The products are great but I placed 2 orders in 2 days as one item out of stock which came back in and got caught with double postage dos added £8 which is quite steep and could have been avoided if both parcels would have been sent together”

Hello Lizzie, I am ever so sorry you had to place 2 orders with us which caused you paying postage twice. As you can imagine we receive a lot of deliveries and orders. This causes things go out of stock and back in stock frequently. We will always try our best to advise on this if you reach out to our customer service team. We unfortunately don't always know when a delivery is going to arrive until it turns up but if you do reach out, we will always give you as much information as we have.
