The product I received was wrong. When I contacted the company they were not very helpful and asked me to send a photo which I did and stressed how important it was as it’s my granddaughter’s 1st birthday present. I am still waiting to hear from them and have re-ordered it from another company as I cannot wait. Won’t be ordering from you again

I made an order from Scandiborn twice and both times I had issues with delivery. I work from home and both times delivery companies didn’t leave a card and it was very difficult to track down the packages. I had to contact customer service to get a refund on both items. The orders were supposed to be gifts so I was also late for both occasions. The customer service was very helpful but if you want to receive your orders without any delays or issues I wouldn’t recommend Scandiborn. The muslin cloth was the only item that arrived from a multiple item order, It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for others or to get a refund.

High Chair advertised in pictures as having 3 height options. Received - kitchen island height option not included - extra £60 for the additional legs. Offered 20% on top of order amount in form of credit refund. Requested to use the 20% (about £44) to discount the legs. Agreed by Keeley. Then sent invoice for legs with only £12 off! Only receive communication every 2 days so the whole process is taking forever. Meanwhile my little lady is delayed getting into a high chair and exploring food because this company can’t seem to sort themselves out. As you can tell I’m really not pleased with the service and purchase so far and won’t be using them again for future items for my children!

Quick delivery, but was exensive. Poor quality, the pancakes kept leaking under the moulds, regardless of the texture. Not worth the money, would not recommend.

Not only did they send me wrong item twice but are refusing to give back my refund even though I did not book courier collection it was done on thier behalf. Took 2 weeks to get refund after phoning constantly will not order from here again.

I have in contact with Charlotte at your company regarding orderno. 517951 which was not suitable and I sent it back to the address that was on the envelope by first class post, this was a keighley address I since been advised that you did not receive it. I am very disappointed to hear this, and I am asking you to reimburse my in good faith. It was an expense item that I paid £25+3.95 postage, which was a high price for the postage. It should obviously be somewhere in your keighley address. I look hopefully toward your satisfactory reply . The envelope was ripped and there was no delivery note with.

10 Negative stars Ordered a playhouse Jan 17. The website states 5-8 days to ship. My credit card was charged the same day. This is my 2nd inquiry- I never heard back the first time, they say due to COVID their response times are currently up to 5 days. I told them to cancel my order- let's see if I EVER see a refund. The company is completely unprofessional.

I ordered 2 prints on the 20/01. One arrived quickly but it was damaged. The other took a while to arrive and when it did it was the wrong print. The customer service team responded quickly but I still haven’t received the correct/new prints or had any updates as to whether they will be sending the correct/undamaged items 4 weeks on. I have paid for the items but yet to get what I paid for.

Poor quality sleeping bags, tore on first wash. scandiborn didn’t respond to my email attempting to return them (following their returns procedure). Waste of money.

Would give no stars if an option!!! Never received the product have contacted scandiborn numerous times for either information on where my delivery or a refund without any reply!!!!! Disgraceful customer service!!

Website said order would turn up in 3-5 working days (presents needed for birthdays in 7 working days time). Gets to 8 working days and I’ve heard nothing. I call customer services and I’m told the order was dispatched the day before and one of the items was now out of stock and wouldn’t now be sent to me. I had to phone to find any of this out. Will never use again.

Lovely company, lovely things, but I have been trying to return an item for a few weeks now with no luck. The returns team aren’t replying to my emails, and I spoke to someone today on the phone who said they would get back to me by the end of today but I haven’t heard back. To top it off I have to pay for the return. Not feeling the love scandiborn!

Horrific customer service. I ordered gifts on 11/30 and they're still overseas. They took over 2.5 weeks to even be shipped, and you have to beg for responses to emails. Received a snarky response informing me that I'd receive a tracking number when I asked when they'd arrive. I know how tracking numbers work, but it doesn't tell me if you provided expedited shipping OR an anticipated arrival date. Never purchasing from here again.

Shockingly bad customer service. Product never arrived and only after I emailed them did they inform me it wouldn’t be possible to clear customs. Now they haven’t replied to my email for over a week despite my chasing. Has been over a month since ordering. Never buying from here again.

Ordered a toy to arrive but have heard nothing about when it’ll be delivered. They are telling me it’ll be before Christmas but no idea when. The reason they got such a poor score was more to do with the customer service. Reviews indicated they had decent service so I expected when I called that they’d be able to help. Instead I got a snarky woman who kept repeating ‘this is on back order, so we cant tell you anything’. I dont care about what order its on. Two weeks after I order you should be able to tell me something?? Wont be using Scandiborn again. Terrible.
