Lovely company, lovely things, but I have been trying to return an item for a few weeks now with no luck. The returns team aren’t replying to my emails, and I spoke to someone today on the phone who said they would get back to me by the end of today but I haven’t heard back. To top it off I have to pay for the return. Not feeling the love scandiborn!

States they have live chat and phone - but this is nowhere to be found - does not respond to emails or DMs. Still waiting 4 weeks later

Horrific customer service. I ordered gifts on 11/30 and they're still overseas. They took over 2.5 weeks to even be shipped, and you have to beg for responses to emails. Received a snarky response informing me that I'd receive a tracking number when I asked when they'd arrive. I know how tracking numbers work, but it doesn't tell me if you provided expedited shipping OR an anticipated arrival date. Never purchasing from here again.

Shockingly bad customer service. Product never arrived and only after I emailed them did they inform me it wouldn’t be possible to clear customs. Now they haven’t replied to my email for over a week despite my chasing. Has been over a month since ordering. Never buying from here again.

I like the products but have been contacting Scandiborn for three weeks about a return and have gotten nowhere. There phone line does not work. Buyer beware

Ordered a toy to arrive but have heard nothing about when it’ll be delivered. They are telling me it’ll be before Christmas but no idea when. The reason they got such a poor score was more to do with the customer service. Reviews indicated they had decent service so I expected when I called that they’d be able to help. Instead I got a snarky woman who kept repeating ‘this is on back order, so we cant tell you anything’. I dont care about what order its on. Two weeks after I order you should be able to tell me something?? Wont be using Scandiborn again. Terrible.

I do no think it appropriate to call this baby toy ‘Jim’ in the UK. Jim as in ‘Jim will fix it’ - a well known UK TV programme. His name was Jimmy Saville and was the most notorious child paedophile and pervert in British modern history and I do no think it appropriate to have given this toy that name given the significance. I think you should have done your research beforehand as this is obnoxious to his victims.

As I have still not received my order I'm afraid to date I am not really impressed. Yodel have been useless in any form of communication.

Paid for next day delivery and my order didn’t arrive on time. Maileg mouse that was purchased has arrived with poor stitching. Have emailed but no response. Disappointing.

The teddy arrived with a dirty smudge on its face. The parcel was poorly packed. Not happy having to pay for return postage and the process was a right faff. Not used Scandiborn before and won’t be again sorry

Ordered two items in same order only one turned up. Informed scandiborn who said they would reply in 48hrs. No reply very disappointed

The size listed isn’t right, the bed is very small and no other dolls would fit in it so I’ve had to request permission to return it at my own cost despite also paying for delivery (even though return is within 30 days). Not impressed.

Unfortunately there was a problem with my delivery and damage was caused to the items delivered and my property. Despite several emails and a phone call we are no further forward with resolving this matter. I would not use this company again or recommend unfortunately due to the poor customer service. They have however managed to find the time to email me this review form!

Shipping speed is completely unacceptable… I ordered items for delivery to Germany and a week and a half later they still haven’t even left the UK. Customer services just tell me to check the delivery tracker, which tells me my order has not moved from their shipping warehouse for 10 days and counting. Such a shame as the items they sell are lovely, but with so many competitors doing better on shipping, they’ve lost my business.

Ordered Leger Ludo Space game. Delivered quickly but one playing piece came incomplete. 2 e-mails, complete with photo to Scandibarn - but as yet no response after 4 days. Customer response manifestly poor.
