“My order has been delivered to the wrong place and unable to locate, dpd picture is the bottom of a door in the dark. I contacted both DPD and scandiborn by contact us dpd have said scandiborn have to raise a dispute and I haven’t even had an acknowledgement from scandiborn since completing the contact us form on Monday night. So disappointed and stressed out about this”

“I really am disappointed with the product. I think it is dangerous, and the zip is not properly covered. I refuse to put my child in it and would like a refund”

“I've contacted the team as there was a part missing in my Grey Flexa storage bench but there has been now reply. It's sitting in the corner of the room as I cannot assemble it without this part, nor do I want to if it needs to be returned. Please can someone come back to me ASAP. Please can you send part 4309-0305341 for the Grey one so I can assemble. This was expensive and I would like this to be sorted out. The pink one had all the parts and I have assembled it.”

“I was really disappointed with my recent purchase of the Little Dutch Doll Stroller. Having shipped it directly to my goddaughter for her upcoming birthday, I was informed by her parents that they wouldn’t be giving it to her for her birthday. The package clearly states that’s it’s unsuitable for 0-3yr olds due to small parts posing a choking risk. Scandiborn sell this item in theiR ‘1-2 Years Gifts’ section and describe it as ‘suitable from when your child takes their first steps’ which clearly isn’t the case. I’m really quite shocked at their blatant disregard for children’s safety and will not be a returning customer.”

“The Legler Baby Walker - Elephant product is very poorly constructed. Superficially it's very beautiful, but the parts didn't fit together, the holes in the product weren't large enough to fit the screws. I would not recommend anyone buy this walker as it was $140 + tax and not worth the hassle.”

“Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with Scandiborn. We bought two junior beds with mattresses and it took them nearly one month to deliver. We called constantly and spoke to various members of the staff who were totally unhelpful, it was impossible to get an answer straight and we considered cancelling the order. Eventually, the manager got involved the items were delivered but even though she wasn't very apologetic for delay and confusion.”

“The small rainbow stacker from Grimms is laughably small. I bought it as a present for a friend, but couldn't give it to her because it was so tiny and pathetic! Definitely not worth the money.”

Sorry to see there has been a royal mail issue in delivering your parcel. It looks like this was directed to the wrong depot. Generally we do not have many issues with Royal Mail, however we can always use our other courier DPD for your orders in future - just drop us a note at checkout and we'll get this changed for you. “I ordered two items as a birthday gift for my niece, as yet, only one has arrived with no notification of there being two separate packages or deliveries. I am waiting for a suitable explanation as to why this has happened and for a solution to the fact that I have paid for a product that has not been received.”
