“Cute stuff. But so expensive and took forever to get here. With no update on shipping. And returning an item was such a hassle. Enough to make not purchase from here again. You have to pay shipping to return, keep that in mind.”

“Lost the cot in the post. Been 2weeks I’ve got one message saying they would get back to me. They have not. Now I am £700 down and no cot and no reply. Give me a refund so I can shop elsewhere.”

“My order has been delivered to the wrong place and unable to locate, dpd picture is the bottom of a door in the dark. I contacted both DPD and scandiborn by contact us dpd have said scandiborn have to raise a dispute and I haven’t even had an acknowledgement from scandiborn since completing the contact us form on Monday night. So disappointed and stressed out about this”

“I've contacted the team as there was a part missing in my Grey Flexa storage bench but there has been now reply. It's sitting in the corner of the room as I cannot assemble it without this part, nor do I want to if it needs to be returned. Please can someone come back to me ASAP. Please can you send part 4309-0305341 for the Grey one so I can assemble. This was expensive and I would like this to be sorted out. The pink one had all the parts and I have assembled it.”

“I was really disappointed with my recent purchase of the Little Dutch Doll Stroller. Having shipped it directly to my goddaughter for her upcoming birthday, I was informed by her parents that they wouldn’t be giving it to her for her birthday. The package clearly states that’s it’s unsuitable for 0-3yr olds due to small parts posing a choking risk. Scandiborn sell this item in theiR ‘1-2 Years Gifts’ section and describe it as ‘suitable from when your child takes their first steps’ which clearly isn’t the case. I’m really quite shocked at their blatant disregard for children’s safety and will not be a returning customer.”

“The Legler Baby Walker - Elephant product is very poorly constructed. Superficially it's very beautiful, but the parts didn't fit together, the holes in the product weren't large enough to fit the screws. I would not recommend anyone buy this walker as it was $140 + tax and not worth the hassle.”
