Recently bought a phoenix teepee for our daughter’s birthday. It was put together properly but she knocked it down on herself after 2 minutes. The teepee should be sold with a teepee stabilizer (as I now know other teepees are). Without the stabiliser it is dangerous. Now going to have to source one of these ourselves as we can’t return due to it having already been given as a gift.

The OYOY table is too short to actually use with the coordinating chair or bench as a set. It will crush a child's legs. I have attached a picture. Do not buy it. Shipping this back is going to be expensive and a waste of fossil fuels. Scandinavian design should be beautiful *and* functional. This is not.

Dummy clips that look nice but completely in practical as they don’t fit on any dummy. Delivery also took ages. Waste of time and money

The store never has any stock. Everything is ALWAYS sold out. What’s the point wasting time looking for products on the website when you can’t even buy them?!

We have seen unprecedented demand over the last 4 weeks and we are working around the clock to ensure we restock as quickly as we can from our suppliers in Europe (who are also having similar challenges). The item came damaged. I emailed to explain this. They emailed back asking for more info, which I have sent, but haven’t heard anything back yet. I’m really frustrated especially as this is an expensive item and I could have purchased elsewhere who may have rectified issue sooner.

Had to get a refund as my product wasn’t sent to me. Very unhappy about this!!! I’m expecting twins so was looking to buy quite a few products as they look lovely but very disappointed

Bought a cover for my baby bjorn bouncing chair and received the full chair. Got in in touch with the customer service team to notify abut the mistake and they sent a wrong cover again then got in touch for the last time and received a third wrong cover, so disappointing.

The shipment was multiple weeks delayed despite the products should have been in stock. The tracking code did not work and the comms. With your customer service was not professional.

I am sorry to leave only one star but I received my two items in individual plastic bags. We do our best to choose eco friendly brands and trust that the sellers do their part, but at the end you receive more plastic at home. So the solution IS to stop buying... It would have been totally fine to receive items in the enveloppe only. As a parent you wash the items anyway before use, as instructed. Please have a think at how to reduce, to stop I should say, single use plastic bags! Thank you

Worst product I ever bought. Stay away from the”Leander canopy” for your baby’s crib. It is very poor quality - price is definitely not justified. All seams are messy and come apart - very cheap fabric. So disappointed!

Ordered the Trybike after much deliberation, when it arrived the wrong kit had been sent but scandiborn were excellent and the missing part was sent within a couple of days and they even sent my little girl a beautiful gift to say sorry for the mix up, great, honest and excellent customer service. The Trybike is amazing, great quality and stable, we even went through our local wood and it was sturdy and light and safe even on uneven terrain. Thanks
