I ordered two items as a birthday gift for my niece, as yet, only one has arrived with no notification of there being two separate packages or deliveries. I am waiting for a suitable explanation as to why this has happened and for a solution to the fact that I have paid for a product that has not been received.

Ordered item 2 weeks ago, still nothing received. I’ve emailed the help desk and and still waiting for a response. Very poor customer service

I ordered my item over a week ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet, have not gotten any tracking information. At this rate I don’t know when I will receive my item.

I’ve rang and spoke to someone however the product description does not match what you purchase, nor the title of the product. In the description they are described as curtainS but you only get a curtain (1 big one) this needs amending so it is not mis selling to others.

I ordered the Done by Deer activity rattle specifically because it was described on the Scandiborn site as "Fabric: 100% cotton outer / filling polyester fibres." My baby has a skin allergy that requires that we get him cotton clothes and toys, so this is for health reasons. I just received the toy, and the tag says it's 100% polyester, making the description 100% wrong. Disappointed.

I’ve emailed twice with no response, but you were very much active on Social media. (Instagram) my parcel still hasn’t arrived and I ordered it 10 days ago. My daughter starts school this week and I have none of her back to school stuff ready. First time ordering so so far not good. I don’t mean to be a moaner, I really don’t but I’m panicking about my parcel and it’s a lot of money to spend. I still haven’t received any emails back, I sent one on Sunday.

Brought a cam cam changing mat which was more expensive than most however didn’t mind paying for a better quality product, however the changing mat is not practical, although it says water resistant it isn’t, it soaks and stains the fabric which means taking the entire cover off and washing it every time which isn’t practical, and not suitable for tumble drying. So the changing mat is without a cover for a while. Although pretty, I wish I had brought a standard changing mat else where that wipes clean.

I ordered an item that was showing as in stock. I allowed extra time, given the current situation with COVID, but a few weeks later when the package still hadn’t arrived, I chased Scandiborn to get more info. I got told that I had actually pre-ordered the paddling pool, and that I wouldn’t be dispatched for another couple of weeks. In the end it took nearly 6 weeks to turn up. I know for a fact that the paddling pool was showing as in stock, not for pre-order, as I specifically ordered it from Scandiborn BECAUSE it was listed as in stock at the time I placed the order. I normally order things for my daughter from a local shop, but they didn’t have the paddling pool in stock when I needed it, which is why I ordered from Scandiborn in the first place. Scandiborn never apologised, never accepted responsibility for the mistake, and were generally rude and patronising. If they’d admitted they’d made a mistake, I’d have been much more understanding, but they just continued to blame me. Rubbish company, selling products that are available from multiple other retailers, so not a chance I’ll be shopping with them again.

The worst wallpaper ive ever seen. I struggled to put it up, so i called in a professional and he was shock at how difficult it was to put up. After deciding it wasnt worth buying more (as you only get 2 or 4 drops per roll) i took it down. The entire sheet pulled off as one after being up for 2 weeks. The pattern didnt match was absolutely awful. A complete waste of money.

Unfortunately the pink Deer Rug we bought looks nothing like it does in the photo. It isn’t a nice feeling material, it’s a lot less pink than in the photo and the gold pattern is hardly visible. It’s a big disappointment.

The shoes are aesthetically very nice but the clasp opens very easily and the shoes fall off. We have lost one of them several times. We have tried tightening and loosening them but they are just not great. It's a pity as they are significantly more expensive than most jelly shoes.

The elephant chairs are a hazard even for 3-year old toddlers. They aren’t stable because they do not have four legs and toddlers can easily topple. My daughter trapped her neck between a chair and the table when it tipped over. These products are a hazard and should Not be sold to children.

I ordered two liewood bottles. Expensive. £26 each. The lid with straw crack after couple of times use and try buy spare one. No on stock since march and NO RESPOND for email when will be available!

I ordered two tents from here, when I started putting them together one had a hole in. I got in touch with them via email (this was on the 1st June) and I've still not heard back. Ridiculous, paying £35 for a pop up tent for it to be broken. Clearly not big on customer service as I've literally had none. Will not be ordering from here again and neither will friends & family.
