“I have bought numerous dolls from you for my five granddaughters over the last few years and they absolutely love them. There is a wide range so that most times I can match the doll to be similar to my granddaughter. They are well made and can be taken and cuddled anywhere. I have recommended you on numerous occasions to friends.”

“The product ordered arrived several days before the date suggested date on the company website, and whilst we were away from home. Emailing the company revealed that there was no facility to reschedule the delivery. This was not helpful.”

I’ve checked your order and can confirm it was sent using our standard 3–5 working day delivery, and it was delivered within the timeframe given. Once the courier has the parcel, we’re unfortunately unable to make any amendments. However, we did provide the tracking information in the despatch email which allows customers to change the delivery date or location with the courier directly. “Hasn’t yet been opened - slightly disappointed in the fact the box looks like it’s been taped back up as it’s a present - but maybe that’s just what the packaging is like! The product looks lovely from the pictures so I’m sure it will be”
