“I was having issues with Royal Mail as they delivered my order without giving me any notice. I tried to arrange redelivery which failed so I got in contact with Charlotte from your Customer Happiness Service. First class and efficient and sorted the problem out very quickly. Excellent”

“The products I bought were a gift and the recipients were grateful. But I really was disappointed that there is no gift option at checkout - that means you can't add a gift note, and the invoice obviously gets shipped with the products. Given the nature of your products, this seems like a huge miss, if I had known before I spent ages choosing the products I would have gone somewhere else and if that option isn't added in the future I will have to buy from somewhere that does.”
