“The note we requested to be enclosed didn’t have the full message hence the receiver had no idea who had gifted them this item our names were omitted from the message”

“I was excited to find a very cute little garden building block set to give my goddaughter for her first birthday - but I seemed to get one issue after another. First of all none of my cards worked to purchase the gift on the Website - trying on multiple browsers. Then when I did finally get the gift ordered, I specifically asked for the gift card (as I'd been informed there was no gift wrapping) and included the message to go with the gift... But when it turned up there was no gift message included, however the invoice HAD been included. Not impressed with the service to be honest, I'd expect better when you're paying £30+ postage for an item.”
