“Very poor customer service. I’m waiting for a return or exchange with an item I bought but NO ONE reply to my email or message.”

“I had to purchase a gift for my goddaughter and I was quite specific about wanting a baby doll that was soft. Thankfully Scandiborn had two gorgeous options for the target age group. Delivery was super fast, and both parents and child are in love with the gift!”

“I ordered a Liewood Jimbo Nightlight from Scandiborn. Unfortunately, it stopped charging after a few days. Keeley in customer services was very helpful and apologetic and quickly arranged for an alternative replacement light to be sent out, as they were out of the original design I had ordered.”

“Returned this item. It’s not practical for BF at all. It’s super small and gives no support around the waist of the body for breast feeding. The patterns and materials are stunning but unfortunately it’s just not very practical. If it was double its current size it would be ideal!”
