“I absolutely love Scandiborn products and buy regularly for my grandchildren. I was dissapointed this time to order two construction kits and then the following week they were on sale.”

“Not a good experience, the item arrived in a ripped open plastic bag and when I emailed the company, they said this is sometimes normal for scanning the barcode!! Not really acceptable for a Christmas present, will not buy from this company ever again.”

Occasionally, the plastic bag protecting the item may need to be opened by our warehouse team to access the barcode for order processing. “Great service from Scandiborn. Absolutely terrible delivery service from Parcelforce. I still don’t have the item despite being in for 2 whole days! I would avoid using them in the future.”

The Mustard Made items are dispatched directly from our supplier, which means we unfortunately have no control over which delivery service they use.
