“Sadly the beautiful doll that I ordered wasn’t up to scratch. The overlocking on the dress hem and one sleeve was sub-standard and also coming away which looked awful. Customer Services offered a 50% refund on the doll and I did what I could to tidy this up as I did not have time to wait for the couriered replacement that they offered. Very happy with service - just a shame that manufacture and quality control on the doll wasn’t 100%.”
