“Excellent service from the team. The item was despatched promptly but suffered a few days delay by the courier (it is to be expected at Christmas time). Otherwise, no problems. I had no hesitation ordering other products from them.”

“Beautiful toys which were delivered safely and are just perfect for the ages I wanted Unfortunately the discount promised for a 2nd order after the 1st order was not added to the 2nd order and so I wrote to the customer service department and have not had a reply or a refund issued for the 2nd order.”

“We have the dolls house and have now completed with all furniture my 3 year old granddaughter just loves it. It gets admired so much from visitors. In her own home she has the kitchen and quite a few other toys.”

“Had problems with DPD delivering my package, got in touch with Scandiborn and they had another one sent out the same day. Such good customer service, and my niece will love her Christmas gift. Thank you, will definitely be recommending to a friend and shopping with you again.”

“I’m really disappointed with the courier used by Scandiborn. I placed an order on 28 November for an abacus for my granddaughters birthday. It still hasn’t arrived and has missed the birthday The courier repeatedly sends messages to say they weren’t able to deliver. Today we tracked the courier and they were very close by but still didn’t deliver. I have contacted Scandiborn several times but to date I still have no parcel.”
