“A terribly bad user experience. This bed is quite expensive, so we had high expectations for its quality. However, during the assembly process, we first discovered that some parts were missing (there should have been 14 wooden dowels, but the packaging only contained twelve. I swear we didn't lose any). Secondly, when attaching the bed boards, there was a discrepancy in the pre-drilled screw holes on the left and right sides (I tried switching the positions and orientations of the bed boards, but the discrepancy persisted! There's simply no way to adjust it). Now, only one screw has been installed... Honestly, the bed looks beautiful, and I really like the color, but what disappoints me is their lack of precision! I can't believe we paid this much for such a product!”

“Yes cute things , but the cup is difficult to get drink from. I tried it myself and cannot really get any water out with difficulty so for a baby it’s just a toy nothing else. Same for the spoons , good toy but not useful!”

“The dolls house was packaged well and easy to assemble! It is beautiful inside and out the wooden furniture and figures are robust! My 3 grandchildren who are 2,3 and 3 just love playing with it and because of their ages are not that gentle either but it has all stood up to a bashing! I would absolutely recommend!”

“I purchased some lovely toys from Scandiborn just before Christmas, 1 of the items was kept as a birthday present for one of our granddaughters, unfortunately when she opened the toy a few pieces were missing, this really surprised me be cause of the very high standards that come with the Scandiborn name. This happened on a Good Friday so Easter Monday I sent an email explaining what had happened enclosing pictures as well. My word I cannot quite believe how quickly they acted on this upon reading my email on the Tuesday after Easter - by Thursday (only just over 24 hours later) our granddaughter had received a replacement toy sent directly to her! Just brilliant customer service, they truly couldn't have done anything else, absolutely over and above the call of duty. I would have been quite happy with a response about a week later and maybe a refund, but Scandiborn really did seem genuinely concerned about this and putting it right - I salute you all at Scandiborn!”

“I accidentally ordered the Evolu long legs, thinking that I was buying the actual highchair. Although I am aware of the no returns policy on furniture, I was very disappointed when I was told that I cannot return this, even though I can’t anything with just legs.”

“I live in Australia and ordered the wooden drills and tool boxes for my Grandson's in the UK aged 18 months & 2. They and my daughter loved them. Good quality and safe, they will stand the test of time unlike plastic products. Very happy with the quality and the price and the Service! They arrived within 2 days from ordering. Big overall thumbs up”
