“Excellent products, well made and nice to find a baby toy that is not plastic”

“I’m really disappointed with the courier used by Scandiborn. I placed an order on 28 November for an abacus for my granddaughters birthday. It still hasn’t arrived and has missed the birthday The courier repeatedly sends messages to say they weren’t able to deliver. Today we tracked the courier and they were very close by but still didn’t deliver. I have contacted Scandiborn several times but to date I still have no parcel.”

“Unfortunately 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my parcel. Customer service team have not been helpful about getting this delivered any quicker.”

“I purchased the Jamm wooden pram. I was very disappointed with the size and wanted to return it but had to pay postage myself which I was very disappointed about. I ended up keeping it as it was a bulky item. I wouldn't order from this company again as a result.”

“I have bought several items for my granddaughters from Scandiborn. The items were of good quality and arrived promptly. The most important thing for me, is to buy toys and books that are safe and of good quality for young children. That is why I use Scandiborn, I know that I am buying toys that are safe.”

“Although through no fault of your own, I have yet to receive your products as dpd have yet to deliver nearly two weeks late. They keep rearranging each day for the next. I’m getting concerned that it will never come. Is there anything you can do?”

“The product I ordered was very good however the delivery from DPD was shocking having to wait over two weeks for delivery and endless emails stating they have unexpected problems. Very poor service Sadly the product i boght arrived to late for my grandson birthday.”
