“Scandiborn have always been efficient and brilliant but recently I have purchased a canvas tunnel for my daughters babies and its not really suitable for them. May I return it. It arrived about 8 days ago”

“Delivery was quick and the toys for my granddaughter are good quality. Would have preferred the toys to have been made in UK instead of China and I would have paid more if they were made in the UK. Other than that I hope she likes them on Christmas Day”

“The WORST customer service experience EVER The WORST customer service experience I had in my life! If I could 0 stars I definitely would. These people are only lying to you and that's about it. Ordered a Sebra cot from their website, no where on their site it mentions Import costs and Duties, all of a sudden I receive an email from DHL that I have to pay €178,- in order to receive my package! I have emailed Scandiborn 6 times, the first time they said oh no worries we will pay these costs for you, could you email your receipt to us? I have emailed the receipt 3 TIMES never heard from them again! They also lie about them paying for the import and duties so I won't receive unexpected fees. ANOTHER LIE! I have declined the package, it will be send back to you and if you don't pay my money back you can expect a claim from my creditcard. Please don't waste your time, energy and money to this so called company! Update: after having send Chelsea several emails she kept emailing me back with if you send the invoice we will pay it for you. Really annoying when I had already send it over 3 times. In the meantime I also had email contact with Korinne, she was very helpful! She paid the costs back immediately.”
